The circular vibrating base from TUMAC is a range of training devices with innovative and advanced technology, using electromagnets and springs. These units offer high reliability and performance. As well as quieter operation, thanks to their robust construction. They are designed for intensive use and continuous operations without maintenance. The use of high-performance magnets ensures a high and constant feed rate, regardless of the number of parts in the bowl. Audimat designs and manufactures its equipment based on end-user requirements. To guarantee optimal performance, reliability, user-friendliness and excellent value for money. Operation of the CIRCULAR VIBRATING BASES
The part sorting process involves pouring a mixture of loose parts into the tank. Usually small, such as screws or plugs. The motor produces vibrations that bring the parts up along the walls of the bowl following a spiral, separated from each other, at a speed dependent on the vibratory intensity. Parts that are not aligned or do not match the required format are sorted along the last spiral. Thus they fall back into the bottom of the bowl or are removed. On leaving the bowl, the parts are identical in shape and position, ready to be transported to their point of use. There are several conveying techniques depending on the vibration of the bowl to optimise the distribution of the parts. The bowl is firmly attached to a circular vibrating base.
